Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wesleys Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method (or alternative method if discussed).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used items not in original condition

  • Items returned without original packaging

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing period:

  • Check your bank or payment account again

  • Contact your payment provider; processing times can vary
